Weight now: 221! Finally!
Weight lost: 4 pounds woo
Minutes exercised: 150. That’s crazy to think about. 30 min of running 3 days, 30 min of elliptical 2 days.
Days I only drank water: 3/7. I was sick this week so I ended up drinking whatever I could find to help my throat.
Good thing I noticed about me this week: I’m finally starting to feel like a runner instead of just someone who runs.
Good thing about this week: I’ve been pushing myself further with running and I’m able to do it without being super sore afterwards.
Bad thing about this week: I got super sick and spent a few days being lazy/eating terribly. I’m still pretty congested and coughing a ton, so I’m working on not feeling crappy.
What I’m working on next week: Getting well without losing progress!
Anything else?: I made pumpkin white chocolate chip cookies last night and they are so delicious it’s not even fair.
Saying “oh i’ve already ruined my good eating today i’ll just eat crap” is like saying “oh i dropped my phone on the floor i’ll just smash it till it breaks.” It’s silly and doesn’t make much sense. Sense, however has little to do with our choices regarding eating.
Fuuuck this is the best thing I’ve ever read haha I always get into this stupid mentality, I need to stop letting one bad choice make a whole day bad!
